We are now in “Ber months (SeptemBER, OctoBER, NovemBER and DecemBER) which also means sem break and Christmas break. What do you want to do during this vacation or where do you want to go? Here, read some of the best places in Palawan and do some adventure before the year ends!

Subterranean River

It’s never a long way to visit the longest underground river in the Philippines.  Did you know that the journey through the cave system alone is 24 kilometers long? The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River is located in a national park and a model of biodiversity which is a home for 800 plant species, 30 mammals, 19 reptiles and 8 bat species. And if you want to enjoy a more secluded and less commercial beaches, visit the beaches of Napsan or Nagtabon.

Tubbataha Reef

It is a known diving site and really of the most famous tourist spots in Palawan.  There is a vast diversity of fishes and marine lifeforms in Tubbataha Reef. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and in October it was recognized as a global model coral reef conservation and was given two Silver Awards by Future Policy Awards Hyderabad.

Sunken Japanese Wrecks

Want to see the wreck remains in World War II? Though most of the wrecks are heavily damaged, the Olympia Maru is the most intact which can be seen in Coron Bay. It is a popular diving site because of the many marine lives lurking in the wrecks. Surely, your Palawan tour packages will not be ruined in these Japanese wrecks!
