KokosNuss Resort has a delightful restaurant and 24 “Nipa hut” Cottages and Bungalows constructed out of local materials in the traditional Philippine native style that is still found in many parts of Palawan.
Each cottage is spacious, airy and bright. All of our rooms are amply furnished with soft, comfortable beds, clean linens and pillows, and clean bathrooms.
A “nipa hut” is, as the name suggests, a very unsophisticated hut, made of bamboo. It sounds primitive, which you cannot deny, and also sounds very uncomfortable… WRONG! It is a well designed piece of local architecture which will keep you cool and dry. It also adds to the benefit of being totally natural, a little bit rustic, and to the pleasure and the adventure for visiting a remote island.
Kokosnuss offers Scuba diving, Island Hoping, Coron Island Tour, Horse backriding, Hot Spring, Nature Walk, Calauit Wildlife Safari and Motorbike rentals.
